UI – College of Law: Patent Pro Bono Program

The Patent Pro Bono Program, offered through the UI College of Law connects licensed patent attorneys with qualifying small businesses, as a way for the attorney to fulfill his/her ethical duty to provide pro bono (free of charge) legal services to the community. These services are limited in scope to the patent process.

UI – College of Law: Entrepreneurship Law Clinic

The Entrepreneurship Law Clinic (ELC) provides free legal services to entrepreneurs and small-business people throughout the State of Idaho. The services are performed by third-year law students who have limited licenses to practice law in Idaho and temporary registration numbers from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
