Sandpoint Technology Center

The Sandpoint Technology Center is a corporate campus offering three separate buildings totaling over 220,000 SF on 12 acres. This campus offers configurable turnkey office space which can accommodate entrepreneur and small business needs. The campus offers approximately 80,000 SF of high bay warehouse/distribution space with potential for 7 dock-high doors.

The ITC is a member driven organization committed to the success of Idaho’s technology ecosystem.
