Amendment to 2020-2024 Five-Year Consolidated Plan for Idaho’s
Federal Affordable Housing and Community Development Programs
The Idaho Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Action Plan. The amendments will address the needs in response to the coronavirus that are eligible for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CARES Act funding. The funding will be used to prevent, prepare, and respond to the coronavirus and will be administered in accordance with programmatic requirements. A draft will be available during the comment period on Commerce’s website at http://commerce.idaho.gov/communities/community-grants/community-development-block-grant-cdbg/consolidated-planning-documents.
A five-day comment period will run from May 4, 2020 through May 8, 2020. The comment period is required prior to submitting the amended plan to HUD. Written comments can be submitted by mail, fax, or email. Submit written comments to:

El Departamento de Comercio de Idaho (Idaho Department of Commerce) está solicitando comentarios publicos sobre enmiendas al Plan Consolidado, 2020-2024, y el Plan de Acción, 2020. Las enmiendas responderan a las necesidades en respuesta al COVID19 (coronavirus) que son eligibles para fondos incluidos en los Programas Federales de Idaho de Vivienda Asequible y Desarrollo Comunitario: Ley de ayuda, alivio y seguridad económica contra el coronavirus (CARES ACT). Los fondos van a ser utilizados para prevenir, preparar, y responder a la enfermedad del coronavirus y van a ser administrados de acuerdo con los requisitos del programa.
