BOISE, Idaho—Thursday, March 8, 2018—The Idaho Department of Commerce is exhibiting at IWA Outdoor Classics in Nuremberg, Germany from March 9-12, 2018. The Idaho Commerce team is accompanied by representatives from seven Idaho-based outdoor recreation companies specializing in the production of firearms, outdoor gear, and accessories.
The IWA Outdoor Classics is one of the largest annual expositions for hunting and outdoor goods in the world. In 2017, the show welcomed 49,253 trade visitors from 119 countries and 1,504 exhibitors. The Idaho companies at IWA Outdoor Classic are all recognized for their innovative products and high-quality craftsmanship. These companies include: 2A Armament: Located in Boise Idaho, 2A Armament is a top tier manufacturer known for highly crafted, light weight, and reliable firearms products. Their innovative designs apply both aesthetics and functionality to everything they make. They excel in advanced CNC manufacturing equipment and processes that is then coupled with hand finishing providing exceptional fit and finish. In addition to their own branded products, they also provide manufacturing services to other firearms companies. Their core values include utilizing advanced technology, continuous innovation, and providing exceptional customer service. Alien Gear: Alien Gear Holsters was started by Thomas Tedder in his kitchen 8 years ago after his firearm slipped from his holster in a Chuck E. Cheese’s parking lot. Knowing that he could no longer depend on someone else’s holster, Tedder began building his own and soon moved his operation to a shed in his backyard. 2013 saw the introduction of the Cloak Tuck Original, 2015 the Cloak Tuck 3.0 IWB, with the ShapeShift Modular Holster System being the latest addition in July 2017. Today, Alien Gear Holsters ranks among the leading concealed carry holster companies in North America. Their new facility in Post Falls, Idaho, was inaugurated a little over a year ago. Alien Gear Holsters is exhibiting in Nuremberg for the first time. Integrity Ballistics: Integrity Ballistics’ less lethal ammunition is truly the new frontier in this area! Founder Joe Kolnik’s vision led to the creation of the Burns 1401 Round and their full line of products. When situations dictate the need for less lethal response, the Integrity Ballistics line of products for 12-gauge shotguns provides the user with an increased tactical advantage at distances ranging from 6-75 feet. Integrity Ballistics distinctive proprietary polymer round is designed to do what other less lethal products can’t; spread the force of impact across a wider part of the body. This unique style of Pancake impact effectively increases the user’s tactical advantage; enabling him or her with the ability to deliver compliance through pain to the suspect, intruder, or predator without causing significant harm. KCarry: The Idaho Pavilion at IWA 2018 is the go-to point for holsters! When Kristina Wasylko designed the KCarry Holster, she designed it specifically for women. Her inspiration was to create something with women’s needs and preferences in mind. She knew this was a promising market due to the very limited options for women. The harness is designed for comfort and adjustment and works with nearly any body type as it can be adjusted to allow the gun to sit higher or lower. The versatile design is quite popular among men as well. Women can choose from a line of stylish tops designed to further conceal the firearm. NEMO Arms: NEMO Arms is a leading provider of weapon systems integration. The company is committed to research and development to deploy advanced, highly accurate weapon designs and technologies that enable its partners in Special Operations, Federal Law Enforcement and the private sector to effectively and confidently carry out their missions. NEMO Arms coveted product line includes the Omen, XO and Battle-Light rifles. Riverman Gun Works: Riverman Gun Works is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of firearms. They specialize in custom builds, Keymod, and M-Lok parts and accessories, including the patent-pending Modular Breakdown Rifle (MBR). The MBR is a long range, bolt action rifle, built on AR chassis. With a quick change of the barrel, the operator can seamlessly transition to a variety of calibers or barrel lengths to meet the needs of any application. The MBR was designed to meet the requirements for several European countries that have restricted AR-type rifles. Riverman Gunworks recently started the Operator Assisted Firearm (OAF) products division. Their mission at OAF is to build products that not only look tough, but are tough. Each product they produce is manufactured and assembled in the United States. ODIN Works: Visit the Idaho Pavilion at IWA 2018 to upgrade your AR-15 with high quality American manufactured parts. Complete uppers, barrels, forends, and many other accessories. ODIN Works is run by competitive shooters. Their professional backgrounds include aerospace, firearms, and other high tech industries. From those experiences ODIN Works can draw on a broad spectrum of ideas on how to solve the problems of shooting. The company has developed some of the most cutting edge designs on the market today. The ODIN Works team is constantly looking to improve and advance its products for the benefit of their customers. Idaho companies are within the U.S. Pavilion in booth space 5-238. ### |
