Idaho Housing and Finance Association and the Idaho Department of Commerce invite comments regarding a proposed amendment to the Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) for Idaho’s Federal Affordable Housing and Community Development Programs.
The current CPP identifies Idaho’s Emergency Solutions Grant, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, the Community Development Block Grant, and the Federal Housing Trust Fund (HTF) program and Idaho’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The CPP is amended for an updated introduction, federal or state emergency procedures and supplemental appropriation language.
The 30-day public comment period for the amendment is October 15 – November 15, 2021.
IHFA will consider reasonable requests for materials in alternative formats. IHFA will consider reasonable requests for language assistance services. Request must be received at least 10 business days prior to the end of the comment period.
