| The Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Council Announces May Meeting |
| BOISE, Idaho—Friday, May 4, 2018— The Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Council will meet on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Bishop Barnwell conference room in the Boise State University Student Union building (1910 W. University Drive, Boise). During this meeting, the IGEM Council will consider one application for IGEM grant funding and two No Cost Extension and Budget Modification requests on previously awarded IGEM grants.
View the full agenda here. The IGEM Council oversees the Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission Grant Fund, which includes $950,000 in appropriated funds by the Idaho State Legislature. IGEM funds research between university and industry partnerships geared toward commercialization initiatives. The IGEM Council’s fiscal stewardship and strategic direction, advances IGEM’s overall intended goal of economic prosperity through investments in technological advancements and innovation.
