The LINE Commission 2.0 was created by Governor Otter through Executive Order 2013-02, and is charged with implementing and overseeing progress on recommendations from the original LINE Commission (LINE 1.0). Governor Otter extended the work of LINE 1.0 after it completed its initial scope of work. LINE 2.0’s work will focus on the six recommendations and over a dozen proposals for immediate action that were part of the final report the Governor received from the original commission.
