| Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Investment Subcommittee Announces January Meeting |
| BOISE, Idaho—Tuesday, January 9, 2018—The Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Investment Subcommittee will meet on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Clearwater Conference Room at Idaho Commerce (700 W. State Street, Boise). The Subcommittee will review 3 applications and provide recommendations to the IGEM Council.
The IGEM Investment Subcommittee may enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1) to review records exempt from public disclosure under Idaho Code Section 74-107(1), 74-107(6), and/or 67-4708. Upon return to public session, the Investment Subcommittee will render recommendations. View the full agenda here. Idaho Commerce manages the Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Grant Program which includes $950,000 in appropriated funds by the Idaho State Legislature. IGEM funds research between university and industry partnerships geared toward commercialization initiatives. The IGEM Investment Subcommittee, comprised of both IGEM Council and non-council members, provides strategic direction and recommendations to the IGEM Council.
