Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Investment Subcommittee Announces April MeetingApril 16, 2018

BOISE, Idaho—Monday, April 16, 2018—The Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Investment Subcommittee will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 23, 2018 in the Clearwater Conference Room at Idaho Commerce (700 W. State Street, Boise, 83702).

During this meeting, the IGEM Investment Subcommittee will review three applications. The IGEM Investment Subcommittee may enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1) to review records exempt from public disclosure under Idaho Code Section 74-107(1), 74-107(6), and/or 67-4708. Upon return to public session, the Investment Subcommittee will render recommendations to the IGEM Council.

Idaho Commerce manages the Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Grant Program which includes $950,000 in appropriated funds by the Idaho State Legislature. IGEM funds research between university and industry partnerships geared toward commercialization initiatives. The IGEM Investment Subcommittee, comprised of both IGEM Council and non-council members, provides strategic direction and recommendations to the IGEM Council.

This IGEM meeting is open to the public. There will be an opportunity for public comments toward the end of the meeting.
