Idaho Department of Commerce (HUD Grantee for the Idaho’s Community Development Block Grant program), Idaho Housing and Finance Association (HUD Grantee for Idaho’s Emergency Solutions Grant Program), the HOME Investment Partnerships Program and the National Housing Trust Fund Program have prepared their 2018 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).
The 30-day public comment period for the 2018 CAPER is May 13 – June 12, 2019.
