The Idaho Technology Council (ITC) is a member-driven organization that helps technology companies in Idaho start, grow, and thrive. The ITC represents hundreds of Idaho technology companies and their 80,000+ employees that contribute to our tech economy.  To help its member companies, the ITC focuses on building a talented workforce, improving access to capital, and facilitating research, development, and commercialization activities.ITCLOGO Hi res

Led by members of the private sector, ITC committees plan initiatives that help Idaho companies in these areas. These committees also plan regular events with industry thought-leaders for the education and corporate development of ITC members. Strong leadership from the private sector helps the ITC focus its efforts strategically and align its efforts with stakeholders to create maximum impact.

The Idaho Technology Council also serves as the voice for technology companies in Idaho and advocates innovative policies to spur the growth of technology in our state.

Recently, the ITC launched a new Idaho TechWire app for iPhone and Android phones to provide timely updates on breaking news and success stories.  Through creating awareness of Idaho’s thriving technology community, the ITC seeks to create new opportunities for collaboration and synergy among Idaho stakeholders. The ITC believes that showcasing our thriving technology scene will also help attract new talent and opportunities to our state.

Members of the Idaho Technology Council believe that private sector leadership is critical for the success of Idaho’s industry and are passionate about fostering education, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
