The Eastern Idaho Development Corporation stimulates economic growth in eastern Idaho by managing four loan programs:  the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Loan Program; a City of Pocatello Revolving Loan Fund (RLF); the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Intermediary Relending Program (IRP); and the USDA Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) program.
