Idaho Housing and Finance Association & Idaho Department of Commerce 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report
Idaho Department of Commerce (IDC), the HUD Grantee for Idaho’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), the HUD Grantee for Idaho’s Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, and National Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Program have prepared their 2024 CAPER, an annual HUD-CPD progress report.
The 15-day public comment period is June 12 – June 26, 2025.
One public hearing to accept oral comments on June 24, 2024, 10:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m MT at Park Plaza, 565 W. Myrtle Street, Boise Idaho and is accessible virtually via zoom meeting. This location is handicap accessible.
