Idaho Department of Commerce Launches New Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) Website

BOISE, Idaho—Tuesday, September 8, 2015—The Idaho Department of Commerce and the Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission (IGEM) team would like to invite entrepreneurs, researchers, industry, and the public to explore its new website, http://igem.idaho.gov.

The new website has been designed to provide easy exploration of the IGEM grant program by providing the user with detailed program information and specific instructions about how to apply for IGEM grant funding. The site was created with user experience in mind by using the latest technology and making it compatible with all browsers and mobile devices.

Additionally, the site highlights Idaho’s three research universities – Boise State University, Idaho State University, and the University of Idaho – and provides the user with immediate access to each university’s Office of Research and Economic Development.

The site also includes a page of Frequently Asked Questions about the IGEM grant program, as well as showcases current and past IGEM funded projects.

Idaho Commerce is in the process of contacting stakeholders for feedback regarding desired features and functionality for Phase II development of this site.

The website is located at http://igem.idaho.gov/.

About IGEM:
