Orofino, Idaho recently played host to a dynamic and highly productive Transformation Strategies Workshop led by the team from Main Street America.
The event brought together local leaders, business owners, community members, and stakeholders to explore actionable strategies for downtown revitalization and long-term economic development.
Over the course of the workshop, participants engaged in collaborative discussions designed to identify Orofino’s unique assets, challenges and opportunities. The workshop emphasized data-driven decision-making, engagement and realistic implementation planning.
Attendees left energized and inspired, with a renewed sense of purpose and a roadmap for moving forward.
