The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Immunization Program has recently made grant funding available to organizations currently enrolled as an Idaho COVID-19 vaccine provider – or organizations partnering with an enrolled Idaho COVID-19 vaccine provider – to administer mobile, offsite, or special COVID-19 vaccination clinic(s).

The goal of the grant program is to provide funding for efforts to increase access for Idaho residents who have not yet received the COVID-19 vaccine. Funds may be used for the costs associated with operating and promoting the mobile/offsite/special COVID-19 vaccination clinic(s) such as personnel, fringe, travel, supplies, clinic promotion costs, and other related costs associated with establishing these clinics.

Interested Idaho employers are encouraged to work with organizations currently enrolled as an Idaho COVID-19 vaccine provider to utilize this grant program in support of a local mobile vaccination event(s). For more information and application documents, please visit the mobile vaccine grant page. For any grant or provider related questions, please contact Sara Garrett at sara.garrett@dhw.idaho.gov. For any employer or community questions, please contact Matt Borud at matt.borud@commerce.idaho.gov.
