ITC Grant Application Process
This page contains the nuts and bolts of applying for an Idaho Travel Council (ITC) grant.
Please NOTE: Earlier versions of the ITC Grant Handbook indicate that a preliminary application is due May 1. This is no longer the case. You may submit a preliminary copy of a grant application for staff review, but this is NO LONGER REQUIRED.
These are the steps:
| 1. |
Read through the ITC Grant Program Administrative Rules |
| 2. |
Read through the Grant Handbook |
| 3. |
Consult the grant awards schedule |
| 4. |
Contact the ITC grant analyst to add your name to the list of applicants so you will get all updates |
| 5. |
Meet with the ITC Representative for your region |
| 6. |
Present your grant to the Idaho Travel Council at their May meeting (optional if grant request is for less than $50,000) |
| 7. |
Submit a preliminary copy of your grant application on-line (staff review is optional--you may immediately submit your final application) |
| 8. |
Submit a copy of your current non-profit status from the Idaho Secretary of State, and a copy of your Tax Exempt Status determination letter from the IRS to the Division of Tourism Grant Analyst |
| 9. |
Submit a final copy of your grant application on-line |
