Industry Trade Shows and Consumer Travel Shows
Industry trade shows allow the exhibitor to “sell” their area to tour operators, travel writers, travel agents, meeting planners and others who have the potential of bringing large groups of visitors to the state.
Consumer travel shows put the exhibitor face-to-face with consumers looking for a vacation destination or meeting venue.

For upcoming attendance at shows or success stories e-mail
tina.caviness@tourism.idaho.gov who will forward informative comments via Twitter to industry participants. An evaluation form located at
http://commerce.idaho.gov/tourism-grants-and-resources/grant-management/grant-forms/ may also be filled out and returned to the Grant Analyst for posting on the grant website to provide additional information for others considering attendance.
