WDS, a Xerox Company, to Hire 700 Employees in Boise

BOISE, Idaho: A Boise call center is recruiting 700 employees — a 64 percent increase in its work force — to help people with Verizon wireless devices.

WDS, a Xerox company — formerly known as Wireless Data Service — is holding a job fair from noon to 2 p.m. this Friday, Oct 19, at the Idaho Department of Labor office at 219 W. Main St. in Boise. Company officials will be grilling hot dogs and talking about jobs.

Xerox Corp. officials also will be at the labor office from 10 a.m. to noon next Tuesday, Oct. 23. And the company will welcome walk-ins from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, at its offices at 456 N. Kimball Place, Boise.
