Nampa Business Incubator to Expand

Nampa, ID: A Boise State University business incubator in Nampa is expanding in size and mission to help the economy.
The TECenter, which usually helps start-ups and newly established businesses get their legs, is planning to renovate 11,500 square feet of now-empty space in its building at 5465 East Terra Linda Way to house more-mature small businesses looking to expand, said John Glerum, the center director.
The center has about 20 clients now. They pay about $12 a square foot for space. They get free help in developing their businesses.
