Online Call Center ProService to open in Meridian

The ProService facility will employ about five people initially, and will be increased to between 30 and 50 for peak season, which is from late October to mid-January.

She said ProService likely will take advantage of workforce development training funds through the Idaho Department of Labor, and the new Hire One Act. The act provides a tax credit as a percentage of the new employee’s annual wage, if the wage is high enough. The percentage varies based on the employer’s rating for use of unemployment insurance benefits.
