Convergys in Pocatello to add More than 200 Jobs
Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, is hiring for 200+ full- and part-time positions at its contact center in Pocatello, Idaho.
Potential Convergys employees are invited to attend an on-site Job Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27 at the Convergys contact center, 805 N. Main Street. New employees will provide customer service and sales support for a client in the entertainment industry.

Convergys offers employees comprehensive training, competitive wages plus incentives, and benefits including medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and paid and unpaid time off. Five weeks of paid training for these positions will begin in May and June. Evening and weekend shifts are available.
