2009 Advance Class Presentations

NWCDI's 2009 advance class entailed a field study of downtown Meridian Idaho.  The class was divided into four teams with each group preparing a white paper and presentation of ideas for improving Meridian's downtown.  Both the white papers and presentations were reviewed by a three judge panel.  Awards were given for best presentation, best white paper and best overall.
