Companies like Quest, Empire Airlines, and Western Aircraft have realized that the state’s proximity to several large international airports, coupled with our competitive business climate, make Idaho an ideal place to do business. In fact, over the past few months, Idaho has added to its list of Aerospace companies SkyWest and ATC Manufacturing, Inc.

empire-airCurrently, northern Idaho is home to more than three dozen aerospace companies, and more are landing in the region every year. This diverse array of small and mid-size businesses employ about 650 people who are involved in the production and service of aircrafts.
